When I first thought of Dubai, I imagined luxury malls, shiny cars, and the tallest building in the world. And yes, I did all of that—but the city had so much more waiting for me.
I started my journey with the iconic Burj Khalifa—because honestly, how could I not? Towering above the skyline, it’s not just the tallest building in the world, but a symbol of Dubai’s ambition and innovation. Standing at the observation deck and looking down at the glittering city below felt absolutely surreal giving a wholesome dubai experience. The roads, the skyscrapers, the palm-shaped islands—all of it looked like a carefully crafted model from above.
One of my favorite parts of the trip was exploring the old souks in Deira. I wandered through the spice market, where the air was thick with the smell of cinnamon and saffron, and peeked into the gold souk, which sparkled brighter than I expected. It felt like stepping back in time, away from the modern side of the city.
The highlight, though, was the desert safari. Flying over the dunes in a 4×4 felt like a real adventure, but the best moment was watching the sunset while riding a camel. Later, under a sky full of stars, I had Arabic coffee and watched traditional dance performances—it was simple but unforgettable.
